Key Features of the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program
Canada has launched AIPP program with partnership between the Canadian government and the four participating provinces. The main goal is for this program to help Canadian employers to recruit skilled employee to fill the labor shortages in the job market.
The four provinces participating in the Canada AIPP programs are New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Price Edward Island
Employers of these provinces can hire skilled foreign nationals to perform particular jobs which Canadian citizens can’t do.
Eligibility Criteria to Apply for Canada Atlantic Pilot Programs
Canada’s AIPP is designed to motive skilled workers to the region.
To be eligible as a skilled worker, you should have a valid job offer from an Atlantic Canadian provinces which last at least a year. Apart from Job offer the additional requirement that all applicants must fulfill to get through the application.
- Must speak English or French or both
- Must not have any criminal case
- Employer must be from one of the above mentions provinces

To Apply, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria and provide the required documents as below.
A letter of interest which should include why and what skills they have pertained to it, and how they plan to use those skills if selected.
An updated CV with their educational background, work experience, known languages, job positions in the past five years, and qualifications. (e.g. certifications).
A copy of educational certificates
Proof of English language proficiency for people who do not speak English as their first language.
